Wheee~ Enjoyed a rare day off today :3

Today i've taken leave from work, thanks to the Christmas off-in-lieu i'm entitled to. And there's no school for me today too! I took this day to shop for my CNY clothes. It's so close now! Thank God for this day off, if not i won't have other free time to go shop liao.

Bought like 100 bucks worth of apparel, and chuck away some more apparel at home. Must do some spring-cleaning le... The happiest thing was that i finally was able to throw away my stinking, rotting (literally. believe me.) ballet flats because i bought new ones! yay.


hah, black; practicality mindset at work again :P

I'm ultra particular when it comes to buying shoes. So when my existing pair starts to spoil, i will stubbornly continue to wear it till i found another pair which catches my eye. Which is like, spanning over 3 months' time of search. Cos i go for quality (must be 100% comfortable. no exceptions), as well as quantity (referring to the price. no more than 30 bucks), and lastly practicality.

My guest of honour today was dear Junhan! =^_^= yay! feeling kinda lonely to go town all alone, so i asked her to pei me after her school =x to which she kindly agreed. Thank you! it means so much to me ^^

I went to Dhoby Ghaut's This Fashion (beside MDIS de) after hearing from junhan tt the outlet is 3 storeys high, lol. I bought my clothes from This Fashion, and shoes from Far East Plaza. I'm an ardent supporter of This Fashion haha. but lately it seems that their clothes have gotten more expensive.. ~_~ owell. Anyway ppl always say This Fashion's clothes all look auntie auntie one, well not true! you gotta have the patience to really dig for nice-looking ones. i juz dun understand y they like to put those o-biang clothes right at the entrance of the shop.

So i bought a set of CNY-wear for day 1. Small red and white spaghetti dress + elastic black belt + black shorts + black ballet flats. I'm going malaysia on CNY day1 and coming back on the same day, and i'll be taking bus to checkpoint and the whole day's journey is non-aircon, not to mention having to squash along with sh*tloads of people carrying GIGANTIC bags of dunowhatever (INCLUDING MY OWN MUM), sigh, not practical to dress class-ly.



I really enjoyed today. I slept late, had a good lunch/dinner and a good gia3gia2 with junhan, bought my cny stuff, weather was good. Today is one of the rare days i dun have to worry about overspending (well I did take extra note of the prices before i paid for them though), or feel guilty about spending so much ^^ Thank God for prosperity and providence! woohoo!

It's back to my normal busy life tml. =D
